Expect a reply within two working days. If something is broken, telling us your device and iOS version makes the fix much faster.
Open SHOP → RESTORE PURCHASES. That re-grants every set you have bought, on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. Shard packs are consumable — they are spent when you use them, so they are not restored. If a charge went through and the item never arrived, email us with the date and we will sort it out.
Your scores, shards and unlocks are stored on your device, not on our servers. They survive updates, but they do not follow you to a new phone, and deleting the app deletes them. Signing in keeps your name and your place on the shared leaderboard — it does not back up your progress.
The board is optional and needs an account, because a name alone cannot own a row. Sign in from Settings → ACCOUNT or from the leaderboard screen, choose a display name, and your best run goes up. Saving that name is what publishes it: until then nothing about you leaves the device.
To come off the board, use Settings → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT. Your entry and your account are removed immediately and permanently. See the account deletion page for the details.
Voice control is off until you switch it on in Settings, and it needs microphone permission. If you declined the prompt, turn it back on in iOS Settings → LUMEN → Microphone and Speech Recognition. Everything voice can do also has a button and a keyboard shortcut, so nothing is locked behind it.
Only rewarded video, and only when you go looking for it: “watch for shards” in the shop, or the offer to continue a run that has already ended. There are no banners and no interstitials, and no ad ever interrupts a run. Skipping every one of them costs you nothing but the shards.
Settings → Graphics has Auto / High / Medium / Low. Auto also steps itself down if frames start dropping. If Low still stutters, tell us which device and we will look — LUMEN is meant to run on old phones.
Settings carries colour-vision palettes (deuteranopia, protanopia, tritanopia), high contrast, reduce flashing, and full support for the system Reduce Motion setting. The whole game is one thumb, one tap. If something is still hard to read or hard to reach, that is a bug to us — please write.
