About
About Quill & Ledger Co.
A small independent shop run by one person, with a quill side for fantasy art, bookish mugs and gifts, and a ledger side for practical Excel templates.
One small shop, two sides
Quill & Ledger Co. is a small independent shop run by one person. It's an online shop only: there's no storefront to visit, and everything is sold through our shop on Etsy.
The quill side makes fantasy art, bookish mugs and gifts: sea charts of invented realms, inn signs, a book dragon guarding its hoard, and quiet typography prints for the office, the dorm, the nursery and the bathroom. The ledger side makes practical spreadsheet templates for budgets, bookkeeping and everyday tracking.
How the designs are made
Our designs are created with help from an AI generator and finished by us.
Physical items are designed by us, printed to order in the USA by our print partners and shipped free within the US. Every design is original, and every place name on our fantasy maps is our own invention.
Templates are built and tested in Microsoft Excel (2010 or newer, on Windows and Mac). They also open in Google Sheets and LibreOffice, where charts and formatting may look slightly different. Each one comes with a blank workbook, a sample workbook filled with fictional data and a quick-start guide.
Why we sell through Etsy
Etsy handles checkout, payment and sales tax, so every Buy on Etsy button on this site takes you straight to the listing in our Etsy shop. This site is our catalog and our home on the web.
