Physical items are printed to order in the USA and ship free within the US. Templates and printables download instantly, worldwide.
Shipping
- Physical items are made to order and usually ship within 2-5 business days, with tracking.
- Shipping is free, to US addresses only.
- Delivery estimates are shown at checkout on Etsy.
- Everything physical is printed to order in the USA by our print partners.
Returns and exchanges
Physical items are made to order, so they can't be returned or exchanged. Digital downloads can't be returned or exchanged either.
Damaged or misprinted items
If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, message us on Etsy within 14 days with a photo, and we'll replace it free.
Digital downloads
Templates and printables are instant downloads, available worldwide. Right after checkout, your files appear under Purchases in your Etsy account, and Etsy emails you a download link. No physical item is shipped.
Payment and sales tax
All purchases, payments, sales tax or VAT and buyer accounts are handled by Etsy.
