Buying
Why do I buy on Etsy?
This site is our catalog. When you click Buy on Etsy, the listing opens in our Etsy shop, where Etsy handles checkout, payment and sales tax.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We're an online shop only: there's no storefront to visit, and everything is sold through our Etsy shop.
Why don't I see prices here?
Prices and options live on Etsy, so what you see there is always current. Every listing shows the price for each size or option.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Physical items ship free, to US addresses only. Digital downloads are available worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Physical items are printed to order and usually ship within 2-5 business days, with tracking. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout on Etsy.
Where are the items made?
Everything physical is printed to order in the USA by our print partners.
Returns and problems
Can I return or exchange an item?
Physical items are made to order, so they can't be returned or exchanged. Digital downloads can't be returned or exchanged either.
My item arrived damaged or misprinted
We're sorry! Message us on Etsy within 14 days with a photo, and we'll replace it free.
Templates and downloads
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout, your files appear under Purchases in your Etsy account, and Etsy emails you a download link.
Which apps do the spreadsheet templates need?
They're built for Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer on Windows and Mac. They also open in Google Sheets and LibreOffice, where charts and formatting may look slightly different.
What's in a printable wall art set?
Three designs as high-resolution PDFs in four frame ratios, from 4x5 up to 24x36 inches, ready to print at home or at a print shop.

Who makes the designs?
Our designs are created with help from an AI generator and finished by us. Physical items are designed by us and printed to order by our print partners.
Are the fantasy designs based on a book or a game?
No. Every design is original and made for this shop, and every place name on our maps is our own invention.
