The short version
This website doesn't collect personal data. There are no forms, no accounts, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no ads and no fonts, scripts or videos loaded from other companies.
Who runs this site
This website is run by the owner of Quill & Ledger Co., a one-person online shop based in Texas, USA. You can reach us at hello@quillandledgerco.com.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data when it delivers a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, to run the service and protect it from abuse. We don't use this data to identify you.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't follow you across websites. We only see totals, such as how many times a page was viewed and which countries visits came from.
If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and we use them only to reply to you. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't share your message with anyone.
Buying on Etsy
Our buy buttons take you to Etsy. When you visit Etsy or buy there, Etsy may set its own cookies and handles your data under the Etsy Privacy Policy. When you order, Etsy shares the order details a seller needs, such as your name and shipping address, so we can fulfill it. For physical items, we pass the name and shipping address to our print partner, who prints and ships your order, and use them for nothing else.
Your rights
Because this site doesn't collect personal data, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us, you can ask us to show you or delete our copy of those messages.
Visitors in the US, including California: we don't sell or share personal information and don't use it for targeted advertising. You have the right to know what we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to be treated equally if you use these rights.
Visitors in the EU and UK: you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use and to receive a copy of it. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example through the European Data Protection Board or the UK's Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and it collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
