Marketplace Seller Bookkeeping Excel Template

Sales are only half the story when every order carries several fees. Log an order once and this seller bookkeeping spreadsheet works out the listing fee, the transaction fee, payment processing, any offsite-ad fee, your cost of goods and what you really kept, line by line.
It's set up for the fee types Etsy sellers pay, and each rate is a setting you can update when fees change, or swap for another marketplace's rates. The pricing calculator works in both directions: give it your costs and the profit or margin you want, and it suggests a price that covers every fee, or give it a price and see what you keep. A product report ranks your items by profit once fees and materials are taken out, which isn't always the same as what sells best.
Monthly profit and loss, a quarterly tax summary with a suggested set-aside, an expense log and a mileage log are all included. You get a blank workbook, a sample with a fictional shop's year and a quick-start guide, for Microsoft Excel 2010 or newer on Windows and Mac.
